Bluegreen Implements SPI Sales Automation Software

Systems Products International (SPI), a leading provider of software to the vacation ownership industry, recently announced that Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE:BXG) has deployed SPI’s Sales Automation and Contract Processing System at 29 of its Bluegreen Resorts sales locations.  “After surveying available software, we selected SPI for its architecture, functionality and the company’s partnering approach,” says Sheila B. Donahoe, Bluegreen Sr. VP and CIO.

SPI Director of Sales Matt Brosious explains, “SPI provides a scalable integrated database platform that was able to meet the requirements set forth for both functionality and performance.” Interfaces were built by Bluegreen’s IT team to pull information from  the marketing system so tour data needn’t be reentered, thus facilitating  an efficient workflow for quickly inputting information and  producing sales documents.

 “Bluegreen is one of the most established and well-respected timeshare resort development companies,” adds Brosious. “Together we have been able to positively impact business processes and the timeframe and ease with which owners can be introduced to their new vacation ownership purchase.
