NTOA Education Goes Next-Gen

The National Timeshare Owners Association has retained Barker & Associates to produce interactive and dynamic content for its member education program, with the goal of encouraging new timeshare owners to get the most enjoyment out of their vacation ownership. Development will focus on presenting material in a fun and engaging way. This interactive learning approach will be especially important in reaching the key Gen Y demographic.

National Timeshare Owners Association Working On Online Behavior Study

The NTOA, who already uses INTUITION to increase its own brand awareness, will now harness more in depth features of the service to provide a study that will detail the most commonly discussed topics by timeshare owners. The study will track the balance between positive and negative conversations, listing the main causes of complaints, the most praised attributes and most talked about topics.
