Prime Investimenti sri, an Italian real estate company, based in Prato Italy, today announced that it is to open a luxurious 31-apartment vacation ownership fractional resort to be known as “Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne“ in the Tuscan countryside close to the hilltop village of Peccioli.

The transaction is expected to lead the timeshare company to develop Hilton Grand Vacations Club – Waikiki Beach Walk.
