Festiva Management Group (FMG) is proud to announce its newest property, the Blue Heron Beach Resort in Orlando, F.L. FMG is a subsidiary of Festiva Resorts, an innovative and active vacation ownership sales and hospitality development organization. 

The Blue Heron Beach Resort is located in the heart of central Florida and is only minutes to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks and entertainment. The resort’s concierge service assists guests with booking tickets with nearby theme parks, Mini-Golf courses, Buena Vista Water Sports, and other exciting entertainment and activities in the area.

The resort boasts 300 feet of waterfront area on Lake Bryan and offers activities such as Jet Skiing, power boats, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Guests can stroll through the Wetland Walk or lounge in the shade of Tiki huts on the lakefront. All of the condos have balconies that offer spectacular water views.

 

Guests can play with the family or relax peacefully in a 6,000-square-foot swimming pool with a poolside bar, large sundeck, outdoor whirlpool, and children’s pool. A fitness center is available for the health-conscious, and a video arcade keeps children busy. Business travelers can take advantage of high-speed Internet, fax/copy services and meeting space.

 

The security and convenience of all guests is ensured by a two-level covered parking garage on site. Several nearby restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance keep guests from going hungry, and a retail store on site provides souvenirs and gifts for the whole family.
