First American’s Vacation Ownership Services Division Names Mike Dalberth to the Position of Operations Manager

First American Title’s Vacation Ownership Services Division has named Mike Dalberth to the position of Operations Manager for the Western Region. The Vacation Ownership Division of First American Title Insurance Company provides a wide range of services and specialized expertise to meet the unique and individual needs of vacation ownership transactions.  

With more than seven years of timeshare back office management operations experience, Dalberth comes to First American from Sunterra Corporation (Las Vegas) where he managed escrow, portfolio, payment processing, inventory and data servicing divisions.

Mike Dalberth, a graduate of Medaille College, Buffalo, NY is a long time resident of Las Vegas.  He is headquartered in the company’s Operations Office in Las Vegas and reports directly to Chris Hermann.

The Vacation Ownership Division provides the complete spectrum of title and escrow services to timeshare and fractional developers for deeded and non-deeded clubs. These services include Inventory Management, Resale Title and Escrow Services, Rental Escrow and Non-judicial Foreclosure Services.
