Vacation Ownership and Hospitality Expert to Expand GRI’s Service Portfolio
 

Global Resorts, Inc., (GRI) a Las Vegas-based firm focusing on providing solutions to developers seeking entry into the vacation ownership and hospitality industry, has named Jeff Yamaguchi as Executive Vice President.

Jeff Yamaguchi, most recently Executive Vice President of Chileno Bay Club in Cabo San Lucas, is well known in the hospitality and vacation ownership industry. His diverse background includes serving as EVP/COO for the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group in New York representing projects such as the St. Regis New York, the Mandarin Oriental Central Park, The Stanhope, and the Cipriani Residences on Wall Street. Prior to that, he was Vice President for The Residences at MGM Grand, Las Vegas. In this role, he was instrumental in the development, design, and launch of the first luxury condo-hotel project associated with a major casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Yamaguchi led the successful launch Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in San Diego as well as spearheading Four Seasons Residence Club expansions in Scottsdale, Jackson Hole, Exuma, Costa Rica, and Vail. Jeff also spent many years with Marriott Vacation Club International and Hilton Grand Vacations Clubs. A regular speaker at ARDA conferences and development forums, he is considered to be one of the leaders within the specialized industry of branded mixed-use developments.
