InnSeason ResortsR, one of the premier New England, hospitality and resort ownership brands, with six New England properties, and corporate offices in West Yarmouth, has created a new customer service position at its Loon Mountain Resorts - Adventure Concierge. 

Eric Pyra, a New Hampshire native who has a passion for the uniqueness of White Mountains and the activities they afford has been selected to fill and enhance this new customer service position. “I want to share my love and knowledge of the area with our guests. Its rewarding to hear a NH resident comment, ‘I didn’t know that about the White Mountains’, after touring with me. I also want people to experience what 5 star service is all about”, says Pyra.

Eric, an experienced hotelier, and hospitality manager will assist guests in arranging activities for their vacations. Armed with maps, updated activity lists, contact names and discounts for standard attractions, he will make reservations and plan personalized itinerary for any InnSeason Resorts guest. He will recommend then book tours, tickets, golf or dinner reservations, whatever the guest requests. Completed itinerary will be available at check-in.
