Jenny Ochtera Named Project Director At The Ritz-Carlton Club And Residences, Kapalua Bay

The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay announced the appointment of Jenny Ochtera as project director.

The private and fractional residences are scheduled to open in April 2009 in Kapalua Resort.

Ochtera is responsible for overseeing the property’s sales and marketing program. She brings more than 16 years of resort real estate experience to this role, highlighted by a strong background in fractional sales and marketing.

Ochtera fills the position previously held by Ludy Gutierrez, who recently accepted a new position with the company in Japan.
