LeisureLink Inc. and TimeShareWare have announced a strategic relationship that dramatically improves the ability of timeshare companies to list their properties on major travel websites.
The partners will combine their technology to give timeshare resorts effortless access to all major consumer travel sites, providing massive electronic distribution for their properties. LeisureLink’s system will directly connect with TimeShareWare’s software platform, automatically enabling property managers to accept bookings from all major travel websites. The joint offering eliminates time intensive use of extranets to update availability and prices by automatically feeding real time data directly from TimeShareWare into the LeisureLink system.
Rental guests not only produce immediate income for the properties, but are a valuable, and often underutilized, source of leads for timeshare developers. Rental guests experience the amenities of a property without the high pressure of the more traditional “mini-vac” sales approach, and tend to be more highly qualified than a guest who is staying at the property at a deeply discounted rate.
