Russ has spent his entire 30 year career in the marketing and sales of leisure/luxury real estate products in Canada, the U.S., Asia and the Caribbean, and for the last 14 years has associated with Starwood and Marriott. As a Project Director, he specialized in re-structuring and elevating the profitability of sales operations, developed and launched offsite portfolio sales programs and developed distribution channels and broker relations locally and internationally. He also participated in five “Project of the Year” awards at three different projects during his management tenure with Marriott. Prior to working with branded projects, he won a silver ARDY award for sales while working for an independent developer.
Russ will focus his considerable energy on expanding LG’s international presence and developing creative sales solutions for new and existing clients.
