Levitin Group, an international sales training company based in Utah, is now offering online “Train the Trainer” webinars. The webinars are aimed at managers and team leaders in the timeshare industry who are in a position to provide sales training to their companies’ sales people, managers and marketers. In other words, the webinars teach managers and trainers how to train their team using the Levitin Group Online Academy Courses.
The latest offering includes five intensive webinars that range in time from 60 to 90 minutes each. Webinar #1 will be available Dec. 14. The remaining four webinars will be held Jan. 4, 11, 18 and 25. Current companies in attendance include: Bluegreen, Emirates Vacation Club, RCI, Pestana Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Grand Vacations, Raintree Resorts International, The Berkley Group, Grand Lodge, Vida Vacation Club, SilverPointe Properties, and Cranberry Waterfront Suites and Country Club, Club Melia and Festiva Resorts.
Individuals who graduate from the five webinars will be given a license to access Levitin Group’s Online Academy and the authority to order Online Academy courses, which are delivered on the ePercipio platform. In addition, graduates of this webinar will be authorized to offer their services as a Levitin Group-certified course facilitator. The webinars and Timeshare U are the brainchild of Levitin Group President and CEO Shari Levitin. Levitin has worked in the timeshare/real estate industry since 1984. She has been Marriott Vacation Ownership’s top salesperson, and led the sales and marketing efforts for Mariott’s Summit Watch in Park City, Utah (in 1996, the trade publication, Vacation Ownership World, called Summit Watch “the most successful timeshare resort in the world”). She has also held executive management positions with several startup projects. Levitin is a trustee member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and currently serves on that trade organization’s Meetings Committee and worked with the ARDA Consumer-Centric Task Force to create the content for the ARDA ethics course “Partnership Strategies,” which is now available on ePercipio, her sister company (she also donates her time as a contributing author, keynote speaker and moderator for the ARDA). She founded Levitin Group in 1997, and since that time, she has provided sales training services to national and international timeshare-related companies. According to Levitin, her company is now the largest training and consulting company in the resort industry worldwide.

Williams is an instructional designer and information architect and holds an M.S. in Technical Communication from North Carolina State University.
