London’s Fractional Summit Inspired Industry Professionals

Monday 7th July saw the first Fractional Summit, held in the heart of the city of London, England and attended by more than 120 delegates from around the globe.

The event looked at the history and concept of the Fractional Industry with David Disick, President of David M Disick and Associates and Peter Kempf, CEO, Managing Director Europe, DCP International, followed by a session with Brett Archibald Senior Vice President, Business Development, The Registry Collection who explained the added value of their luxury exchange network.

There were a number of other speakers throughout the day covering the different fractional product types such as Destination Clubs, Private Residence Clubs, fractional cars and more.

The audience was very attentive and asked more questions of the guest speakers and panelists than there was time for, which showed the enthusiasm towards the currently infant fractional market across Europe.

Extended coffee breaks, lunch and champagne receptions offered numerous opportunities for delegates to network, giving the one day event a good balance and structure.

Just before the end of the day brief details were given of the soon to be launched Fractional and Shared Ownership Trade Association, http://www.fsota.org and the day was concluded by words from Piers Brown, Founder of Fractional Life and event chairman.
