Pamela Gould has joined Island One Resorts as President of the Island One Resorts Foundation. She will establish and manage the day-to-day operations as well as the long-term strategy of the company’s new charitable division.

With over 20 years experience in fundraising and community outreach, Gould will develop the Foundation to support Island One Resorts employees and timeshare owner families in need as well as the communities surrounding the company’s properties. “Celebrating our 25 year anniversary this year in Central Florida, we saw an incredible opportunity to establish a Foundation that would give back to the communities that have contributed to our success. Pam’s extensive experience in foundation management makes her ideally suited to lead the Island One Resorts Foundation,” said Deborah Linden, CEO.

Previously, Gould was President of the Health Central Foundation, which she developed into a dynamic component of the Ocoee, Florida hospital’s operation. She was a member of the Executive Team of Health Central, which has served the communities healthcare needs for more than 50 years. She increased donations to the Health Central Foundation 10 fold in five years, creating partnerships and affinity membership programs. Very active in the Central Florida community, she developed and deployed campaigns to acquire patrons of the Foundation as well as emphasize the hospital’s brand awareness in the community.

“Island One Resorts’ strong sense of family creates an ideal environment to establish a Foundation to give back to its communities throughout Florida. I look forward to helping leverage the company as a pivotal community partner, increasing our brand awareness and ongoing success,” said Gould.
