Anabui is first Private Residence Club on the Island
Star Resort Group (SRG) has announced that Anabui, a private residence club located in the gated community of Tierra Del Sol, Aruba has launched sales. SRG is a leading developer, marketer and seller of luxury fractional ownership real estate, private residence clubs, condo-hotels, timeshares, and whole ownership resort real estate products in The Americas.
Star Resort Group provides sales and marketing, development and management expertise to developers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and now, the Caribbean. The company also develops resort projects for its own account, and is unique in that aspect.
Aruba’s first and only Private Residence Club is a development of the Van der Valk Hospitality Group, a Netherlands-based company established three-quarters of a century ago and still operated as a family business. Van der Valk Hospitality has owned or operated 80 hotels over the years. This is its first foray into the fractional/PRC real estate industry.
According to Ashley Offermann, Vice President, Star Resort Group “the luxury resort has long been marketing and selling whole ownership lots and custom villas. The time was right for them to step into the fractional resort real estate arena.”
According to Offermann the fractional portion of the venture are deeded one-tenth interest in a club residence and owners are entitled to no fewer than 28 nights occupancy each year, guaranteed – plus unlimited use on a space-available basis. He says “fractional interests in fully furnished, three-bedroom residences are currently available at special Founding Membership pricing from $149,900 USD.”
Aruba is the most revisited island in the Caribbean. Often referred to as the meeting of Holland and the Americas, the island is known for its harmonious trade winds, white sand, aquamarine waters, luxurious resorts, activities, nightlife, casinos, fine dining and fine shopping.
