Travel Advantage Network Names Lisa Taylor Human Resources Director

Travel Advantage Network (TAN), a nationwide leader in wholesale vacation accommodations, announced today the appointment of Lisa Taylor to Human Resources Director. Taylor will be responsible for overseeing employee relations and retention, management coaching and training, benefit and payroll management, human resources policies and procedures and recruitment.

“We are so pleased to have Lisa come on board with TAN,” said TAN President and CEO Brad Callahan. “She brings years of valuable experience and expertise, and we are confident that she will be an integral addition to the TAN team.”

Prior to joining TAN, Lisa was the HR Generalist and Talent Manager for Ripken Baseball, where she created and grew the HR department. Before her role with Ripken, she was the HR Manager for Glen Meadows Retirement Community in Glen Arm, MD, with the responsibility of overseeing all HR functions.

Lisa Taylor has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Specialization in Human Resources from the University of Baltimore, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
